Work directly with the Co-CEO, Founders Associate, Board, and senior leadership to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end. Structure problems, perform rigorous analysis and market research, build executive-grade materials, drive alignment and implementation across product, GTM, engineering, HR, and operations, and act as a trusted, discreet strategic partner representing the Co-CEO.

Own product quality across frontend, backend and mobile by designing and executing manual and automated tests. Build and maintain Playwright UI tests and Jest API tests, integrate automation into CI/CD, lead test planning and risk assessments, and collaborate with developers to prevent and resolve quality issues.

Lead and own global paid acquisition across search, social, programmatic, and review platforms. Define channel strategy, run campaign execution, manage agencies, build signal-driven data automation into HubSpot/CRM, optimize conversion funnels with CRO tests, and deliver KPI-driven reporting and budget accountability to drive attributable pipeline growth, especially during international expansion (including the US).
