Provide technical support for a B2B SaaS platform by investigating customer issues, reproducing bugs, analyzing JavaScript, TypeScript, and Java code, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, and communicating clearly with customers. Maintain troubleshooting documentation, identify recurring issues, improve support processes, and own escalations through resolution.

Design, build, deploy, and operate AI agents, multi-agent systems, LLM services, transformer models, and RAG pipelines for enterprise SaaS products. Own AI solutions end to end, including experimentation, model selection, fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, scalability, optimization, and production operations. Apply AI to search, entity resolution, information extraction, and document understanding.

Build and qualify enterprise sales pipeline for the DACH market through consultative, signal-driven outbound engagement. Research named accounts, conduct senior-level discovery conversations, qualify opportunities in HubSpot, and hand off BANT-qualified pipeline to Account Executives. Use AI tools and lightweight agents to improve research, outreach, enrichment, and signal monitoring. Native German and English proficiency are required, with potential promotion to Account Executive after six months.
