Lead the strategic finance function, owning budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, board reporting, KPI steering, cost management, GTM finance, and transaction readiness. Partner with the CFO and senior commercial leaders, drive AI-enabled finance automation, develop integrated financial models, and lead a three-person FP&A and Controlling team. The role requires hands-on execution in an international B2B SaaS scale-up, including M&A, financing, and management steering initiatives.

Lead development and execution of ESG products, ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with UI/UX and engineering, drive data-informed roadmaps, and adapt product strategy to evolving ESG/GRC legislation.

Lead analyst relations and product marketing: build and manage relationships with Gartner/IDC/Forrester, run analyst briefings, track analyst output, craft product messaging and sales enablement assets, support solution launches, and translate market and regulatory insights into buyer-focused narratives.
