Independently manage consumer title curative files, identify title defects, analyze probate, trust, divorce, power of attorney, and entity documents, prepare title and closing documents, coordinate with underwriters and vendors, and maintain accurate file notes and stakeholder updates. The role requires managing a 65–75-file pipeline, prioritizing deadlines, resolving clearance issues, reviewing surveys and endorsements, and verifying AI-assisted workflows against source documents and insurer guidance.

Manage residential real estate escrow closings from transaction intake through disbursement and recording. Prepare closing documents, satisfy lender and title insurance requirements, verify funds, signatures, taxes, liens, acknowledgements, and disbursements, and coordinate with borrowers, lenders, processors, and underwriters. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve closing issues, ensure compliance, and develop client relationships. The role is fully remote and supports nationwide refinance transactions, with occasional late shifts and Saturday work.
