Supports the Finance and Accounts team with vendor invoice processing, payments, petty cash, bank and credit card reconciliations, YARDI transaction entry, accounts payable and receivable reviews, banking activities, rent collection support, documentation, filing, and management reporting. The role works under the supervision of the Senior Accountant and Finance Manager across group entities and property-related projects.

Provide hands-on device support and manage end-to-end onboarding/offboarding: prepare/configure laptops, phones, IT accounts and application access. Troubleshoot hardware/software across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Maintain device and stock records, coordinate with HR, escalate complex issues, and report work in Asana. Role is entry-level with structured training into AD, Azure/Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.
