Drive sales through strategic store planning, education, event execution, visual standards, and management of Retail Sales Specialists. Build retailer relationships, manage budgets, report results, and ensure brand representation and operational excellence.

Support day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations for BareMinerals and Buxom across US, CA, and MX. Manage catalog, listings, inventory health, promotional execution, product detail optimization (images, A+ Content, copy), liaise with Amazon and agencies, coordinate launches and assets, monitor performance and compliance, and support cross-functional teams to drive Amazon business growth.
