Manage Laura Mercier’s in-store sales presence at Fenwick Kingston, exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional beauty consultations and customer experiences. Build relationships with customers, colleagues, leaders, and retail partners; demonstrate strong beauty artistry; mentor and coach team members; support product launches and incentives; and work flexible retail hours, including weekends, late nights, and bank holidays.

Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud, and SaaS environments; design secure and scalable infrastructure; administer identity, access, compliance, and data governance controls; monitor performance, reliability, and costs; troubleshoot cloud services; and provide technical guidance. The role also delivers frontline IT support for the New York office, including hardware, software, wired and wireless network support, and coordination with remote teams.
