Welcomes patients, schedules appointments, manages communications, registers patients, verifies insurance, obtains authorizations, collects payments, maintains accurate records, and supports daily orthopedic clinic operations. Coordinates with providers, clinical staff, financial counselors, and billing teams while resolving patient concerns and maintaining an organized front office.

Provide direct orthopedic patient care including physical exams, medical history, treatment planning, ordering diagnostics, preoperative assessment, perioperative support, follow-up care, charting, and coordination with physicians and staff. Travel between facilities as needed and respond to emergencies per facility policy.

Provide comprehensive orthopedic care including history and physical exams, diagnosis, ordering diagnostics, treatment planning, perioperative assessment, documentation, medication administration, patient and family education, follow-up care, and coordination with physicians and clinic staff across multiple facilities.
