Serve as the patient-facing first contact by scheduling appointments, registering patients, verifying insurance, obtaining prior authorizations, collecting payments, coordinating with clinical and billing teams, maintaining records, and supporting daily front-office operations with excellent customer service.

Lead daily OR and perioperative operations, manage staffing/schedules, ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance, coordinate with surgeons and departments, drive process improvement, recruit and develop perioperative teams, and oversee equipment, sterile processing, and supply readiness to ensure safe, efficient surgical care.

Serve as the first patient-facing contact handling registration, phone triage, appointment scheduling, insurance verification/authorizations, copay collection, administrative support, and coordination with clinical and billing teams to ensure smooth clinic operations.
