Support orthodontic clinical care by assisting doctors with procedures, preparing patients, taking digital scans/photos/X-rays, maintaining operatories and instruments, documenting treatment, managing supplies, and educating patients while following clinical protocols and ensuring efficient patient flow.

Manage lead outreach, schedule new patient consultations, confirm and follow up on appointments, support patient check-in/check-out, collect and post payments, maintain accurate records, and follow Smilebliss protocols to ensure efficient, patient-centered front office operations.

Investigate and resolve unpaid orthodontic insurance claims 30+ days old by contacting carriers, re-filing claims, updating policy and estimated insurance information, and reporting daily to the OIS Account Manager. Review and resolve call-center tickets and make necessary account adjustments to ensure accuracy.
