Bills insurance companies, follows up on claims, posts and reconciles payments, maintains patient accounts, processes collections and denials, supports revenue cycle workflows, manages refunds and bad debt reporting, contacts patients about balances and payment options, and prepares accounts receivable reports.

Provide full-time surgical and non-surgical care of the hand and upper extremity, participate in shared call, collaborate with clinical and administrative staff, promote practice growth, and complete organizational credentialing.

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams in an orthopedic clinic and urgent care, protect patients/staff from radiation, operate and maintain x-ray equipment, document patient information, assist with basic cast/splint care, and complete required records and quality checks.
