Teams at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, LTD

Provide anesthesia care to surgical patients under medical direction or independently, perform pre/intra/post-op assessments, ensure equipment readiness and patient safety, document care and billing, participate in quality improvement and staff education. Work M–F daytime at specified centers; may work at both Lancaster and Lebanon locations.

Provide full-time surgical and non-surgical care of the hand and upper extremity, participate in shared call, collaborate with clinical and administrative staff, promote practice growth, and complete organizational credentialing.

Provide perioperative nursing care in Pre/Post/PACU for all patient populations, including assessment, individualized care planning, medication administration, safety protections, education, documentation, collaboration, quality improvement, and competency maintenance for outpatient orthopedic surgeries.
