Lead end-to-end quality and regulatory assessment and enablement engagements for medical devices and SaMD. Define project-level quality/regulatory strategy, own quality agreements, and serve as final reviewer at design transfer. Reconcile strategy with scope, budget, and timeline with Delivery Managers. Advise client executives, work across a portfolio of engagements, and help grow the assessment and enablement practice while tracking SaMD, AI/ML, and digital health regulation.

The Business Development Lead will drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for consulting services, handle the entire sales process, and build relationships with executive-level clients while collaborating with internal teams.

Own full sales cycle to acquire new MedTech SaMD consulting clients: prospecting, qualification, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing. Build VP/C-level relationships, partner with delivery/engineering/quality to scope engagements, manage pipeline in HubSpot, and support client handoff and long-term partnerships.
