Design and modernize scalable distributed systems for insurance eligibility, claims, and remittance workflows. Develop full-stack applications using React or Angular and .NET, optimize SQL Server databases, and lead end-to-end Epic delivery. Champion AI-assisted engineering, automated testing, CI/CD, code quality, system reliability, and technical mentorship while managing dependencies, DORA KPIs, and stakeholder communication.

Own the OrthoBanc patient payment and accounts receivable platform across discovery, roadmap, delivery, production support, and go-to-market. Responsibilities include prioritizing the roadmap, conducting customer and internal discovery, writing requirements, managing the engineering backlog, supporting releases, triaging production issues, coordinating adoption with cross-functional teams, and contributing to long-term product architecture and platform rationalization.
