Lead data product strategy and execution across product, engineering, analytics, operations, customer success, and finance. Establish data quality, governance, definitions, lineage, instrumentation, reporting, and documentation standards. Drive data-informed product decisions, experimentation analysis, and dashboard adoption while developing a long-term vision for data-powered insights, automation, and AI capabilities. Translate business and technical needs into scalable data initiatives within an Agile product development environment.

Manage relationships with existing orthodontic practice customers, resolve service issues, support retention, grow account portfolios, identify upgrade opportunities, and partner with Sales on engagement and renewals. The role requires consultative relationship-building, cross-functional issue resolution, CRM usage, and customer advocacy. This is a temporary position through December 31, 2026, with possible continuation based on business needs and performance.

Design and modernize scalable distributed systems for insurance eligibility, claims, and remittance workflows. Develop full-stack applications using React or Angular and .NET, optimize SQL Server databases, and lead end-to-end Epic delivery. Champion AI-assisted engineering, automated testing, CI/CD, code quality, system reliability, and technical mentorship while managing dependencies, DORA KPIs, and stakeholder communication.
