Direct and oversee coding, billing, payment posting, AR follow-up, denial management, and medical records to maximize cash flow and ensure compliance. Manage staffing, training, KPIs, audits, process improvements, month-end close, payer requirements, and revenue cycle projects for an orthopedic practice.
