Develops financial reports, forecasts, pro formas, dashboards, and business intelligence analyses for executive decision-making. Analyzes financial, clinical, and operational data; supports budgeting, strategic planning, physician recruitment, service-line expansion, and new locations. Partners with Finance, Operations, and IT to resolve data issues, maintain reporting structures, and deliver accurate executive reporting.

Perform musculoskeletal X-ray imaging in an orthopedic clinic, including explaining procedures, positioning and immobilizing patients, operating equipment, following radiation safety protocols, conducting equipment checks, maintaining supplies, and documenting imaging procedures and results in the electronic medical record.

Coordinates radiology referrals by prioritizing and scheduling appointments, entering patient and insurance information into the EMR, verifying benefits, obtaining pre-authorizations, communicating medical necessity, and explaining costs and referral expectations to patients. The role also supports staff with authorization and coding questions while coordinating with referral offices, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions of care.
