Teams at Ortet

Build and lead Ortet’s talent and people function, owning hiring across all teams from sourcing through close. Design onboarding, performance, growth, compensation, and culture processes; manage people operations with the PEO and outside counsel; support employee relations; and help attract exceptional AI talent. The role also oversees recruiting tools, firms, referrals, outreach, benefits, leave, equity, and visa processes.
