Drives group hotel revenue by prospecting within niche markets, responding to RFPs, developing tailored proposals, negotiating and executing contracts, and coordinating client expectations with hotel operations. Reports to the Director of Sales and supports revenue goals and overall sales strategy. The role requires client relationship management, communication, hospitality knowledge, and flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
