It requires extensive HR leadership experience, mining-industry knowledge, HRIS proficiency, and expertise in compensation, recruitment, and mergers and acquisitions.

Provides office administration and HR support by maintaining employee and training records, coordinating onboarding, managing front-office operations, tracking hours and access, arranging meetings and travel, and supporting communications and community engagement. The role also maintains supplies, equipment, security records, stakeholder information, presentations, newsletters, and outreach materials while serving employees, community members, and external partners.

Engineer-in-Training supporting underground mining engineering across ventilation, ground control, mine planning, and drill-and-blast design. Responsibilities include ventilation surveys, airflow measurements, geotechnical monitoring, ground support design, stope and development designs in Deswik.CAD, blast packages, gas clearance layouts, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The role works with senior engineers and cross-functional operations teams on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off schedule with 12-hour days.
