Teams at Orkes

Design and own the multi-cloud control plane and orchestration layers for agentic workflows. Architect distributed systems with CA tradeoffs, lead cross-team initiatives, ensure operational readiness (on-call, observability, SLOs, blast-radius containment), and ship full-stack vertical slices in React/TypeScript when needed. Drive production-grade infrastructure to scale AI agents from prototypes to enterprise systems.

Own and architect the frontend for Orkes' Conductor workflow builder and control-plane tools. Build high-performance, observable UI infrastructure (canvas/node-graph editors, dashboards), lead frontend strategy and design systems, shape product/UX, ensure testing/accessibility/performance standards, and collaborate on API/BFF and backend contracts. Mentor teams and raise engineering craft, with some backend/full-stack involvement as needed.

Lead developer community engagement to grow open-source adoption of Orkes/Conductor. Create technical educational content, run webinars and events, answer developer questions, represent Orkes externally, nurture contributors, and feed product feedback to engineering and product teams.
