Lead end-to-end execution of CRE loan closings and funding, coordinating Credit, Legal, Treasury, Asset Management and Capital Markets. Manage closing timelines, documentation, settlement reconciliation, funding packages, post-close deliverables, loan boarding, vendor/contracts, and support securitization and investor materials. Drive system/process improvements, maintain audit-ready records, and support technology implementations and integrations.

Coordinates corporate conferences, client events, webinars, and related marketing initiatives. Manages event logistics, vendors, venues, timelines, budgets, promotional inventory, company store operations, memberships, sponsorship deliverables, attendee communications, and post-event reporting. Supports website, intranet, social media, and compliance activities while maintaining project plans and stakeholder communications. Requires strong organization, communication, detail management, and the ability to coordinate in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

Lead firm-level investor relations for securitized credit, managing marketing collateral, RFP/DDQ responses, onboarding/KYC, investor portal administration, compliance coordination, and cross-functional process improvements to scale institutional investor experience.
