Supports accounting and reporting for the Private Credit business and other units, including debt securities, loans, and equity investments. Prepares management and GAAP reporting, financial statements, and audit materials; works with internal and external auditors on accounting matters. Requires strong US GAAP knowledge, organization, analytical ability, communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a changing environment.

Oversee complex insurance compliance for commercial loan portfolios, reviewing coverage, assessing risk, remediating deficiencies, and ensuring investor and servicing requirements are met. Perform quality assurance, manage vendors, coordinate workloads, support audits, and prepare waiver or exception requests. Serve as a subject matter expert on investor guidelines, mentor junior staff, improve processes, and contribute to strategic initiatives while protecting lender collateral.

Manages Talent Acquisition operations from requisition approval through offer acceptance and pre-onboarding. Administers Workday Recruiting, coordinates complex interviews and offers, maintains recruiting data and process controls, supports recruiters and hiring managers, and facilitates pre-employment activities. Partners with HRIS, Compensation, Legal, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to resolve issues, improve workflows, ensure compliance, and deliver an accurate, confidential, high-quality candidate experience.
