Manage enhancements to existing property and casualty insurance products, from identifying opportunities through planning, delivery, and post-launch monitoring. Research competitor filings, coordinate form changes and implementation timelines, oversee project milestones, and communicate across Sales, Claims, and Customer Experience. The role also involves managing multiple projects, mentoring team members, and applying product lifecycle knowledge, market research, data, and industry trends to improve products.

Supports property and casualty actuarial pricing, product development, reserving, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include developing pricing and predictive models, analyzing claims and exposure data, conducting reserve studies, supporting regulatory filings and audits, and communicating findings to executives and cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires SQL, R, Python, Excel, statistical modeling, and at least one CAS exam.

Designs and scales enterprise Power BI reporting, dashboards, semantic models, and analytical data products. Develops DAX measures, star-schema models, KPIs, data governance, row-level security, and performance optimizations. Partners with business, data engineering, and operational teams to translate requirements into actionable insights. Uses Python, SQL, Azure, and Microsoft Fabric to support data validation, self-service analytics, executive reporting, and enterprise analytics architecture.
