Lead pricing strategy, product development, and portfolio performance for personal lines property across assigned states. Manage full rate lifecycle (strategy, actuarial alignment, regulatory filing, implementation), design product enhancements, drive competitive intelligence, partner with actuarial/underwriting/claims/data science/technology, mentor junior staff, and advance automation, data optimization, and distribution to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
