Responsibilities include reviewing coverage and liability, gathering information, preparing reports, negotiating settlements, resolving disputes, communicating with stakeholders, collaborating with underwriting and legal teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting catastrophe response efforts.

Build and manage relationships with independent insurance agencies, recruit and onboard partners, promote products, and drive territory growth. Provide underwriting guidance, deliver training and presentations, collaborate with customer service and underwriting teams, monitor performance through Excel reports, and identify market opportunities. The role requires an active P&C license or willingness to obtain one within 60 days, plus up to 25% travel and occasional after-hours work.
