Orion Benefits Overview

The Senior Investment Consultant manages financial advisor relationships, educates advisors and clients on Orion’s Custom Indexing and OCIO solutions, and drives sales across RIA and IBD channels. The role partners with sales, investment, and marketing teams, serves as an investment product subject matter expert, presents throughout the region, and supports distribution across Orion’s wealth and technology platforms.

Provides proactive relationship support and service to financial advisors through phone, email, and chat. Resolves requests, supports trade processing, guides platform and workflow adoption, delivers training, manages documentation issues, and coordinates with internal teams. Uses approved AI tools to research inquiries, summarize interactions, identify advisor needs, improve workflows, and personalize service while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information. Maintains regulatory compliance, accuracy, service metrics, and strong advisor relationships in a shared-service model.

Leads the client services team, managing talent, workload, performance, and service quality. Builds advisor and client relationships, resolves servicing concerns, monitors NPS and feedback, and drives continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally with sales, operations, product, and development teams, manages vendors, ensures compliance, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
