Provides proactive service and relationship support to financial advisors in a shared servicing model. Responds to inquiries, resolves account and documentation issues, supports trade processing, guides platform adoption, delivers training, and coordinates with internal teams. Uses approved AI tools to research requests, summarize interactions, identify advisor needs, and improve service efficiency while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information. Maintains regulatory compliance, accuracy, service metrics, and strong advisor relationships in a hybrid, high-risk financial environment.

Provides frontline client support through phone, chat, and case channels. Resolves basic workflow, platform navigation, feature, and data questions; documents cases accurately in Salesforce; manages priority and aged cases; and seeks first-contact resolution. The role requires clear communication, schedule adherence, troubleshooting, platform learning, and collaboration with internal teams. The representative also identifies documentation or workflow improvements and progresses through required Orion or Redtail certifications.

Leads business operations programs that improve organizational performance through KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, data analysis, workforce planning, process optimization, technology enablement, and cross-functional initiatives. Develops business cases, tracks benefits realization, evaluates AI and automation opportunities, supports forecasting and capacity planning, and delivers executive recommendations. Partners across Operations, Finance, Technology, Product, Data, and Client Experience to improve productivity, scalability, profitability, and client outcomes.
