Leads Orion’s compensation function and a team of two, owning merit, bonus, market pricing, salary structures, and sales compensation cycles. Partners with HRBPs, leaders, Finance, and Payroll on compensation decisions, reporting, pay equity, compliance, and communications. The role also improves processes through automation and AI-enabled tools while ensuring accurate, timely delivery of recurring compensation programs.

Leads the Client Services department, managing managers and multiple teams responsible for advisor and investor support. Oversees hiring, coaching, performance management, escalations, service quality, KPIs, compliance, and operational improvements. Develops strategic goals with senior leadership, optimizes processes and scalability, supports cross-functional initiatives, allocates resources, and strengthens client and stakeholder relationships within a financial services environment.

Leads the client services team, manages advisor and client relationships, monitors performance and NPS metrics, coaches employees, resolves servicing concerns, coordinates cross-functional activities, oversees vendors, and ensures compliance. The role drives service improvements, client satisfaction, relationship growth, and operational effectiveness while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
