Support QC Technical Operations by coordinating laboratory equipment and facilities, maintaining GMP documentation (SOPs, deviations), assisting equipment maintenance and IT systems, participating in development projects, and collaborating with labs, QA, suppliers, and external service providers to ensure safe, efficient laboratory operations.

Lead and develop planning operations for Orion Pharma Espoo: manage and coordinate planning consultants, liaise between users and consultants across projects, support supervisors during planning and implementation, partner with the BIM coordinator, and manage technical documents for maintenance and projects.

Manage IM sourcing projects (RFIs/RFPs), lead commercial and contractual negotiations, coordinate technical/commercial/risk evaluations, develop sourcing practices (including AI), support SRM, and collaborate with IT and procurement stakeholders. Fixed-term parental leave cover; hybrid role based in Espoo or Turku.
