Architect and implement enterprise observability standards and Dynatrace solutions across applications, infrastructure, cloud, Kubernetes, and critical services. Lead Dynatrace rollout, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, proof-of-concepts, and ServiceNow ITSM integration. Establish alerting, event correlation, incident automation, topology mapping, SLOs, dashboards, governance, and application onboarding standards. Partner with engineering, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, and ITSM teams while providing technical recommendations, workshops, and enablement.

Business Analyst responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing business and functional requirements. The role facilitates stakeholder workshops, creates user stories and process documentation, supports solution design, testing, UAT, and delivery alignment. A major focus is applying hands-on Generative AI project experience to identify business opportunities, define requirements, evaluate solutions, and address data, privacy, security, governance, and responsible-use considerations.

Designs and maintains CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, and Terraform-based infrastructure automation. Improves monitoring and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana, establishes DevOps best practices, and troubleshoots development, testing, and production issues to ensure reliable, scalable software delivery.
