Lead end-to-end technical support for an alarm management platform, including ticket resolution, escalations, troubleshooting, KPI tracking, bug reporting, release testing, client onboarding, training, and knowledge-base development. Collaborate closely with Development and Customer Success teams, communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, and independently drive support process improvements and issue resolution.

Design, improve, and maintain Sonos’s embedded software build system. Responsibilities include Yocto/OpenEmbedded recipe and layer maintenance, Yocto LTS upgrades, third-party library patching, cross-compilation, and collaboration through Git, pull requests, and CI workflows. Preferred work includes Linux kernel module maintenance, Jenkins and GitHub CI/CD infrastructure, Python build automation, and understanding ELF security and binary hardening.

Drive revenue growth across manufacturing clients by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing relationships. Own the full sales cycle, build executive-level partnerships, uncover business challenges through consultative and conversational selling, and position digital, AI, cloud, and technology solutions. Collaborate with consulting, delivery, presales, and solution teams on proposals while managing pipeline, achieving quotas, and demonstrating measurable business value and ROI.
