Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Develop sourcing strategies, use AI-enabled recruitment tools and ATS platforms, partner with hiring managers, evaluate candidates, maintain candidate relationships, monitor recruitment metrics, and improve hiring efficiency. The role requires more than three years of talent acquisition experience and is hybrid in Mexico City, with two to three office days weekly.

Lead end-to-end technical support for an alarm management platform, including ticket resolution, escalations, troubleshooting, KPI tracking, bug reporting, release testing, client onboarding, training, and knowledge-base development. Collaborate closely with Development and Customer Success teams, communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, and independently drive support process improvements and issue resolution.

Design, improve, and maintain Sonos’s embedded software build system. Responsibilities include Yocto/OpenEmbedded recipe and layer maintenance, Yocto LTS upgrades, third-party library patching, cross-compilation, and collaboration through Git, pull requests, and CI workflows. Preferred work includes Linux kernel module maintenance, Jenkins and GitHub CI/CD infrastructure, Python build automation, and understanding ELF security and binary hardening.
