Teams at Orion Group

Leads finance and accounting across multiple entities, overseeing reporting, controllership, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, working capital, job costing, WIP, project margins, internal controls, and operational finance. Partners with senior leadership to improve profitability and scale the organization. Drives finance automation, AI adoption, systems improvement, team development, and accurate multi-entity consolidation.

Oversee construction accounting, job costing, percentage-of-completion reporting, billing, general ledger management, cash-flow forecasting, budgeting, audits, tax filings, financial controls, and reporting. Partner with project managers to monitor project profitability and billing accuracy, review subcontractor documentation, improve processes, and support the hiring and development of the accounting department.

Owns the enterprise payroll product and support experience, including roadmap, requirements, configuration governance, compliance controls, testing, releases, implementations, and production support. Leads payroll issue resolution, reconciliations, integrations, customer communications, knowledge management, and continuous improvement across multi-state operating companies. Partners with Payroll, Finance, HR, Operations, Systems, vendors, and auditors to ensure accurate, compliant, scalable payroll and successful conversions, cutovers, and stabilization.
