The VP of Strategic Accounts will manage key client relationships, lead revenue growth strategies, develop account plans, and oversee a team of Account Managers.

Lead day-to-day operations for a ~$130M exterior facilities business: own service delivery, operational P&L, KPI-driven operating rhythm, safety, season planning, technology adoption, team leadership, acquisition integrations, and margin protection across a dispersed subcontracted workforce.

Lead financial strategy and daily controllership for the company: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash and project finance, payroll, audits, US GAAP compliance, internal controls, and ERP/process improvements. Partner with operations and leadership to optimize costs, support scalable growth, and build a high-performing accounting and finance team.
