Orion Benefits Overview

Provide day-to-day technical support and onboarding for Summit clients on the Orion platform. Troubleshoot access, reporting, and custom experience issues, escalate complex problems, create training materials, collaborate with onboarding and product teams, gather client feedback, and help manage client projects and stakeholder relationships.

Serves as the enterprise legal advisor on privacy, AI governance, and responsible technology. Develops governance frameworks, translates privacy and AI regulations into business guidance, manages assessments, incidents, data subject requests, audits, regulatory inquiries, vendor contracts, training, and compliance metrics. Partners cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Security, Technology, Product, and business teams to manage risks and support regulatory readiness.
