The Director Project Development oversees the origination and execution of data center and solar projects, involving site control, entitlements, and project handover to developers. This role requires collaboration across teams and driving project pipeline growth and execution.

Lead production cost and nodal market modeling to evaluate basis risk, congestion, curtailment, and long-term value. Support project siting, interconnection review, revenue forecasting, due diligence, and portfolio strategy. Build price forecasts, assess market and transmission changes, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, and represent the company in industry forums.
