Administer fleet vehicles, PowerFactors Drive FSM, spare parts, and inventory processes across utility-scale solar sites. Own system configuration, work-order data quality, dashboards, reporting, site onboarding, inventory controls, replenishment levels, audits, and technician training. Partner with supply chain, operations, IT, and field teams to standardize workflows, improve data accuracy, support compliance, and ensure parts availability. The hybrid Austin role requires up to 25% travel for site audits, training, and onboarding.

Senior Counsel will structure, draft, review, and negotiate EPC, equipment supply, O&M, procurement, and related commercial agreements for renewable energy projects. The role advises construction, procurement, and services teams; handles change orders, lien waivers, legal and regulatory developments, and dispute resolution; summarizes deal risks; and coordinates outside counsel. The position requires collaboration across legal, finance, executive, and operational teams in the solar and energy storage industry.

Evaluates, underwrites, models, finances, and manages utility-scale solar and battery storage investments. Responsibilities include project financial modeling, tax equity and debt financing support, M&A analysis, PPA and tolling agreement evaluation, market and incentive research, budgeting, cash management, investment committee presentations, and project acquisitions and sales. The role collaborates with development, engineering, capital markets, accounting, legal, and operations teams.
