Lead production cost and nodal market modeling to evaluate basis risk, congestion, curtailment, and long-term value. Support project siting, interconnection review, revenue forecasting, due diligence, and portfolio strategy. Build price forecasts, assess market and transmission changes, coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders, and represent the company in industry forums.

The Director of Mergers & Acquisitions will lead the company's growth strategies in utility-scale solar and energy storage, handling project acquisitions, market analysis, and team leadership.
