The Director Project Development oversees the origination and execution of data center and solar projects, involving site control, entitlements, and project handover to developers. This role requires collaboration across teams and driving project pipeline growth and execution.

Lead origination and commercial execution for utility-scale battery storage and solar-plus-storage across multiple states. Build strategic utility and customer relationships, originate RFPs and bilateral transactions, support PPA/capacity negotiations, assess market and interconnection viability, and manage vendors and budgets to drive pipeline and revenue.
