Leads business development and pipeline generation across the Americas. Manages, coaches, and develops five Business Development Managers while partnering with sales, channel, marketing, product, and support teams. Drives outbound prospecting, partner-led initiatives, consultative selling, account penetration, digital campaigns, and sales process automation. The role is responsible for revenue growth, market expansion, team performance, and developing go-to-market strategies in a hybrid Plano, Texas office environment.

Expand Origina’s partner ecosystem across the Northeast and Midwest U.S. by recruiting, enabling, and developing technology and services partners. Build partner-led pipeline through joint account planning, campaigns, lead generation, and opportunity qualification. Collaborate with enterprise sales, marketing, and events teams to progress and close partner-sourced opportunities. Own territory performance, partner engagement, pipeline visibility, and revenue while developing creative sales motions and partner advocacy.

Owns Group financial close, consolidation, statutory reporting, external audits, treasury, FX, commissions, finance systems, and core finance operations. The role maintains accounting policies, internal controls, reconciliations, governance, compliance, and payment processes across a multicurrency, multijurisdictional organization. It also stabilizes control issues, improves and automates finance processes, oversees AP, AR, payroll, and expenses, and partners with stakeholders and advisers to ensure accurate, scalable financial operations.
