Responsibilities include full software development lifecycle ownership, AI and LLM integration, relational database design, API development, data architecture, cloud-hosted solutions, production troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Provides technical leadership, mentors developers, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures applications are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.

Design, implement, secure, and support scalable Azure and hybrid infrastructure. Lead platform initiatives, infrastructure modernization, Infrastructure-as-Code automation, Azure Virtual Desktop, end-user computing, security hardening, monitoring, disaster recovery, and business continuity. Partner with development, AI, and security teams, troubleshoot complex issues, manage root-cause analysis, and maintain technical standards and operational procedures.

The Pre-Sales Specialist engages clients using consultative selling, presents service value, analyzes support trends, and collaborates with operations for customer success.
