Lead concentrator metallurgical functions including process control, flotation, laboratory, and metallurgical accounting. Develop metallurgical strategies, optimize recovery and reagent use, monitor performance, investigate losses, implement improvements, support budgeting and projects, and promote safety and environmental stewardship.

Oversee safe, compliant heap leach and concentrator processing to meet production and recovery targets. Optimize heap leach stacking and irrigation, manage costs, inventory, metallurgical accounting, reporting, and coordinate with mining, geology, safety, permitting, and labs.

Accountable for overall concentrator performance—safety, throughput, metallurgical recovery, product grade, cost, and reliability. Lead mill, maintenance, and technical teams; develop KPIs, budgets, operating plans; drive continuous improvement, commissioning, upgrades, and cross-functional optimization to meet production objectives and regulatory compliance.
