Designs, develops, tests, and maintains Salesforce enhancements, custom functionality, automations, integrations, and platform components. Translates business requirements into scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, and custom objects. Troubleshoots production defects, performs testing, maintains Apex unit tests, participates in code reviews, supports releases, documents technical solutions, and evaluates new Salesforce and AI capabilities. Collaborates with architects, stakeholders, support teams, and release management to improve platform performance, reliability, and data quality.

Analyzes high-risk customer accounts and transactions for money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crime risks. Conducts Enhanced Due Diligence, investigates alerts in Verafin, documents findings, assigns risk ratings, identifies suspicious activity, and recommends risk mitigation or account closure. Ensures compliance with BSA, AML, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, CIP, CDD, EDD, and beneficial ownership requirements while supporting investigations, regulatory updates, and special BSA/AML projects.

Manages commercial loan relationships, supports relationship bankers and lending teams, monitors loan covenants and borrowing base compliance, gathers financial and collateral information, coordinates credit underwriting, prepares approval packages and loan documentation, reviews appraisals, manages exceptions and watch-list credits, and supports credit risk rating recommendations and facility renewals.
