Investigates potential money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes under BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, AML, and FinCEN requirements. Analyzes customer accounts and transactions, researches suspicious activity, prepares case summaries and SAR or NO SAR recommendations, conducts continuing-activity reviews, maintains regulatory expertise, and supports BSA/AML projects.

Provide personalized banking customer support by resolving financial and non-financial inquiries, processing transactions and maintenance requests, logging disputes (including fraud and Reg E), supporting online and mobile banking issues, and recommending relevant bank products while following service standards and compliance requirements.

Monitor and investigate account activity using fraud detection tools to prevent losses. Process high volumes of alerts (checks, ACH, wires, card, mobile deposits, Zelle), open Verafin cases, coordinate with bankers, recover funds, and report elder/vulnerable adult abuse.
