The Director leads Level I Client and Product Support, focusing on team development, operational performance, service quality, and cross-functional initiatives. Responsibilities include managing support teams, ensuring compliance with service standards, and enhancing client experience through strategic leadership and continuous improvement.

Lead and coach multiple Agile teams using SAFe, remove impediments, drive continuous improvement, facilitate PI planning and team ceremonies, manage risks/dependencies, maintain Azure DevOps and Confluence data quality, produce team metrics/dashboards, coordinate deployments, and support SAFe transformation across the ART.

As a Release Train Engineer, you'll coach Agile teams, facilitate ART events, manage risks, ensure value delivery, and drive continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
