Coordinate and execute regulatory change management, policy governance, and compliance program initiatives. Monitor regulations, draft guidance and policies, track implementation and remediation, support privacy and AI governance, and liaise with business stakeholders, audits, and cross-functional teams to operationalize compliance obligations.

The Sr. Platform Engineer designs, builds, and maintains internal tools and platform capabilities, focusing on automation, software delivery, and system integration across various engineering practices.

Handles inbound and outbound customer support for borrowers, dealers, and credit unions; resolves inquiries, manages queues, meets service-level goals, educates partners, and follows up on missing information. Processes loan and lease applications, validates contracts and documentation, verifies income and member data, funds transactions, and follows regulatory and compliance requirements. Documents work accurately, escalates issues, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver efficient, professional service.
