Administer, configure, customize, and optimize ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM modules. Develop workflows, applications, business rules, integrations, automations, dashboards, and reports. Manage platform updates, performance, security, access controls, data integrity, compliance, and audits. Partner with implementation teams, lead continuous improvement, support upgrades, document processes, and provide training while serving as the internal ServiceNow subject matter expert.

Coordinate and execute regulatory change management, policy governance, and compliance program initiatives.
