Manage and maintain the FI Connect Compliance Management System for a fintech lending platform. Lead compliance risk assessments, monitoring, testing, issue remediation, fair lending oversight, regulatory change management, licensing tracking, and review of lending disclosures and marketing materials. Advise product, operations, and business teams on consumer lending compliance, supervise a Compliance Analyst, analyze complaints, support audits and examinations, and administer compliance training.
