Teams at Origami Risk

Builds and operates AWS developer-platform infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform-based service infrastructure, Kubernetes and serverless workloads, and self-service onboarding workflows. Responsibilities include configuring connectivity, secrets, observability, security controls, and environment promotion; troubleshooting delivery and production issues; supporting releases; managing infrastructure drift; and contributing to AI-augmented automation and tooling. The role partners with Engineering, Release, SRE, and Infrastructure teams while maintaining documentation and compliance evidence.

Owns the end-to-end success of a portfolio of SaaS clients by driving adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion readiness. Builds executive and operational relationships, develops success plans, leads business reviews, monitors client health, manages escalations, and coordinates cross-functional teams. Requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, stakeholder-management, and SaaS aptitude, with risk or insurance industry expertise preferred. Travel is required up to 10%.

Designs, configures, tests, and supports client data integrations between the Origami platform and third-party systems. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, API and file-based integration development, authentication configuration, data mapping, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, client training, production monitoring, and scope management. The role also leads working sessions, mentors colleagues, and advises clients on integration security, governance, and best practices.
