Owns product strategy, roadmap, backlog prioritization, requirements, and Agile delivery for an assigned SaaS product. Leads analysts, partners with Engineering and stakeholders, and serves as product owner for a scrum team. Uses data and AI-assisted techniques for discovery, experimentation, prioritization, prototyping, governance, and product optimization. Requires strong business acumen, communication, analytical skills, and experience managing product lifecycles.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for B2B SaaS clients. Owns cases through resolution, troubleshoots platform, configuration, integration, and data issues, and uses SQL, JavaScript, and XML for investigation. Communicates with clients, documents issues, escalates appropriately, contributes to knowledge resources, identifies recurring problems, and supports continuous improvement and peer onboarding.

Owns GRC product revenue and quota by partnering with sellers and account managers throughout complex sales cycles. Delivers product demonstrations, presentations, discovery, and value-based discussions; generates pipeline; develops account strategies; enables sales teams; and serves as the client-facing GRC subject matter expert. The role engages executives and technical and business stakeholders, informs go-to-market teams with customer insights, and requires up to 25% travel.
