Reconcile, report, and remit mortgage servicing portfolio activity for Ginnie Mae, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and private investors. Monitor custodial accounts, resolve reporting discrepancies and rejects, process wires, maintain mortgage loan systems for sales, modifications, repurchases, and distressed transactions, and prepare Workday journal entries. The role requires mortgage or banking experience, strong analytical and mathematical skills, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, mortgage servicing software knowledge, and Spanish-English communication skills.

Sells and cross-sells banking, investment, lending, deposit, and business products through outbound and inbound telephone interactions. Prospects new customers, closes sales, completes fulfillment documentation, conducts satisfaction surveys, follows up on referrals, supports less experienced representatives, and complies with telemarketing regulations, banking policies, and service standards.

Leads user acceptance, regression, and systems testing; implementation and production readiness activities for Pega, Infinity, and related operational systems. Coordinates test strategy, defect resolution, documentation, controls, risk mitigation, system deployments, end-user readiness, training, and cross-functional process improvements. Serves as a subject matter expert and advises business, operations, and technology stakeholders while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
