Manage, analyze, and transform commercial banking data into dashboards, standardized reports, and insights. Validate data quality, partner with data engineering, run SQL/BI analyses, conduct ad-hoc reviews, and support strategic transformation initiatives to inform leadership and commercial stakeholders.

Perform on-site pick-up and delivery of letters, documents, packages and office supplies between company offices and external locations. Receive and distribute internal correspondence, prepare outgoing bags, collect checks and documentation from external sites, load vehicles safely, sort deliveries, plan routes, and support mailroom logistics. Maintain communication, follow directions, and perform other assigned duties.

Provide proactive branch customer service, identify client financial needs, cross-sell bank products (accounts, loans, investments, mortgages), open accounts, process transactions, resolve disputes, ensure compliance, and develop/retain customer relationships.
