Manage, analyze, and transform commercial banking data into dashboards, standardized reports, and insights. Validate data quality, partner with data engineering, run SQL/BI analyses, conduct ad-hoc reviews, and support strategic transformation initiatives to inform leadership and commercial stakeholders.

Lead the Operational and Quality Support team in Collections to manage daily operations, develop/monitor processes and controls, drive reporting and analytics, manage audits and compliance, coach staff, and recommend improvements to enhance collection performance, quality, and risk management.

Provide proactive branch customer service, identify client financial needs, cross-sell bank products (accounts, loans, investments, mortgages), open accounts, process transactions, resolve disputes, ensure compliance, and develop/retain customer relationships.
