Processes mortgage, auto, and consumer loss mitigation activities, including system updates, payments, invoices, claims, reports, account adjustments, and investor servicing requests. Ensures compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements while supporting operational accuracy and customer service. Requires Spanish communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience in delinquency management, loss mitigation, default servicing, or related banking operations.

Provides customer service in bank branches, identifies financial needs, recommends and cross-sells banking products, opens accounts, processes transactions, resolves account issues, develops customer relationships, and supports branch profitability. The associate rotates among branch locations throughout the San Juan metropolitan area and ensures compliance with banking policies and regulations. English and Spanish fluency, customer-facing sales experience, analytical problem-solving, organization, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.

Supports commercial loan underwriting and portfolio management by preparing financial spreads, valuation and forecast models, credit analyses, risk assessments, loan documentation, portfolio reports, and industry research. Collaborates with portfolio leaders, credit risk, management, and internal and external stakeholders to monitor borrower relationships, identify early warning signals, improve workflows, and support loan modifications and periodic reviews.
