Leads the architecture, delivery, operation, security, and reliability of enterprise infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Manages systems engineering staff, vendors, budgets, lifecycle management, disaster recovery, capacity, performance, compliance, and modernization initiatives. Oversees incident response, operational metrics, infrastructure optimization, and critical outage leadership while partnering with IT and business stakeholders.

Provides strategic leadership across product development, creative direction, brand strategy, catalog planning, and e-commerce merchandising for MindWare. Establishes priorities, aligns cross-functional teams, guides product portfolios and innovation roadmaps, oversees creative and brand standards, and ensures cohesive customer experiences across print and digital channels. Acts as a senior decision-maker for the Specialty Division, supports talent development, and communicates priorities, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership.

Manages and grows national customer accounts, meets sales goals, prospects for new business, develops account and trade show strategies, supports marketplace connections, conducts customer follow-up, analyzes competition, and prepares revenue forecasts and account reports. The role primarily involves phone-based sales, with occasional travel and trade show participation.
