Lead and develop the planning team and own Integrated Business Planning (IBP)/S&OP. Serve as SAP S/4HANA planning SME, govern planning master data, and build Power BI reporting. Oversee demand, supply, inventory, capacity planning, policy and SOP management, continuous improvement, and executive decision support in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.

Support software quality assurance for medical device software across the full lifecycle: produce regulatory-compliant documentation, verify testing, participate in design and risk reviews, conduct FMEA, ensure adherence to coding standards and procedures, and collaborate with R&D, post-market engineering, and quality teams.
