Teams at Organon

Develops and implements market access, HTA, pharmacoeconomic, pricing, and value strategies for Organon products across public and private markets. Monitors access challenges, CONITEC, ANS, and CMED updates; supports pricing dossiers, payer materials, regional and national access events, cross-functional initiatives, and KPI improvement. Requires collaboration with Access, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Pricing teams, plus advanced English and pharmaceutical market access expertise.

Promote women’s health products to physicians, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and retail pharmacies through in-person and remote visits. Analyze market, customer, competitor, and audit data; execute marketing and sales plans; achieve territory targets and KPIs; coordinate promotional events; maintain customer records and visit plans; identify opportunities across company functions; and provide tailored customer support while following compliance and commercial policies.

Promotes women’s health products to physicians, healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and points of sale through in-person and remote visits. Manages territory plans, customer relationships, promotional events, market audits, inventory and demand monitoring, sales targets, KPIs, and compliant commercial execution. Requires cross-functional collaboration with marketing, medical, market access, and commercial teams, along with accurate CRM data management.
