Lead and deliver shopfloor automation projects: design, program, validate, implement and maintain process automation systems (PLCs/PCS/SCADA), manage backups, provide L3 support, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical standards while supporting production and maintenance teams.

Plan and coordinate end-to-end site supply chain to ensure product availability: develop 12-week rolling MPS, create production plans, manage SAP orders and alerts, liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams, support SCM projects, and monitor inventory to avoid IQV.

Lead a QA team providing quality oversight for high-volume pharmaceutical packaging. Ensure QMS compliance, drive root-cause investigations and corrective actions, support audits/inspections, partner with production on continuous improvement and quality metrics.
