Lead and support projects for polymeric drug product manufacturing (extrusion). Specify and procure equipment, run and report equipment qualifications, introduce new products/materials, perform process and cleaning validations, and investigate root causes and process improvements while collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders in a GMP environment.

Perform and coordinate complex non-routine microbiological and biochemical release testing, lead lab investigations and deviations, support and train colleagues, manage projects for process improvements, ensure GMP/GDocP and SHE compliance, and act as SME during audits and inspections.

Drive product awareness and utilization within a defined territory by building relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, meeting sales goals, coordinating with field teams, and promoting dermatology products in a compliant, customer-focused manner.
