Teams at Organo USA, Inc.

Supports construction and design teams by issuing, uploading, organizing, and tracking drawings, technical documents, material tables, QR code lists, purchasing records, and delivery histories. Coordinates site application submissions, vendor pricing and lead times, purchase orders, deliveries, fabrication drawing reviews, and field inspections. Reports to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager while maintaining accurate documentation and reliable project support.

Support procurement for engineering and construction projects: source suppliers, issue RFQs and POs, negotiate pricing and delivery, manage vendor relationships, coordinate logistics and shipping, maintain ERP procurement records, and support contract administration to meet project schedules and cost objectives.

Manage office administration and logistics including reception, mail and shipping/receiving, filing, inventory, procurement, onboarding support, vendor coordination, facilities upkeep, and ad-hoc administrative projects to ensure smooth daily operations.
