Conducts research as part of Oregon State University's Launching Undergraduate Research Experiences program. The position is limited to eligible enrolled students and requires compliance with academic standing and minimum enrollment requirements.

Manages Windows and Linux infrastructure supporting web applications, databases, research, instruction, and administration. Responsibilities include administering Apache, IIS, MS SQL Server, and MySQL; upgrading systems; optimizing applications; troubleshooting user issues; supporting helpdesk requests; and partnering with research faculty on computing, storage, database, web, and network needs. Serves as the lead technical expert for web and database infrastructure and provides occasional extended-hours support during emergencies.

Owns and advances undergraduate enrollment systems, including Slate architecture, custom applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, and Banner-connected processes. Designs secure and maintainable solutions, analyzes cross-unit workflows, resolves complex production issues, documents technical standards, and provides advanced consultation. Leads technical work, mentors colleagues, reviews designs and code, and supports enrollment technology priorities across university units.
