Supports university language access initiatives through English-Spanish translation and interpretation coordination, multilingual content development, resource maintenance, data collection, reporting, glossary creation, project administration, web content updates, outreach, and training support. The part-time student role also assists with workshops, scheduling, documentation, and maintaining translated document libraries while promoting equitable access and inclusive communication.

Leads impact storytelling projects from client intake through publication and audience engagement. Develops creative systems, templates, and best practices; provides editorial feedback; assesses publication and engagement opportunities; and creates strategies to maximize public impact. The role also collaborates with diverse research, nonprofit, Tribal, and government partners, mentors emerging storytellers, and periodically participates in remote outdoor projects requiring vehicle operation and equipment transport.

Coordinates marketing and communications project intake, workflows, timelines, stakeholder communication, campaigns, reports, and internal communications. Maintains and edits accessible, brand-aligned digital content across websites, intranets, and content management systems. Provides customer service, branding guidance, web publishing support, and resource referrals while improving processes and coordinating priorities across the division.
