Coordinates educator licensure processes and field placements for teaching, counseling, and related programs. Advises students and faculty on requirements, manages school and district partnerships, tracks licensure and placement records, supports accreditation reporting, and resolves student inquiries while ensuring compliance with institutional and state regulations.

Leads Oregon 4-H digital communications, marketing, social media, website content, storytelling, impact reporting, and external communications. Serves as the liaison between 4-H and university communications teams, develops strategic messaging, supports issues management, uses engagement data to evaluate effectiveness, and collaborates with county offices, university partners, donors, and community stakeholders. The role requires statewide travel, occasional evening and weekend work, and coordination of communications for youth programs and events.

Converts educational, administrative, and multimedia content into accessible formats, including braille, tactile graphics, large print, audio, tagged PDFs, ePub, HTML, and screen-reader-compatible documents. Collaborates with faculty, staff, and students, maintains production records, meets deadlines, tests digital accessibility, provides basic tool support and training, and follows quality-control procedures and accessibility standards.
