Support Talent Acquisition and People Operations by coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS/HCM records, running new-hire orientation, managing P&C inboxes, assisting events, and supporting wellness and administrative projects.

Serve as front-desk client liaison at the Community Veterinary Hospital: greet clients and pets, check in/out patients, schedule appointments and surgeries, answer phones/emails, explain invoices, collect payments, manage emotionally charged situations, support medical team workflows, perform opening/closing financial processes, maintain reception area, assist volunteers, and handle animals safely. Weekend and occasional inter-campus work required.
