Administers and oversees contracts, grants, MOUs, MOAs, subcontracts, and other funding agreements. Tracks compliance, deadlines, deliverables, reporting requirements, budgets, and performance measures. Analyzes financial and operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities. Develops dashboards, executive reports, compliance documentation, and recommendations while coordinating with internal teams, funders, partners, and regulators.

Leads organizational data systems, governance, quality assurance, reporting, and funding agreement compliance. Oversees EHR and related platforms, develops dashboards and automated reports, monitors data integrity, supports audits, trains staff, manages system improvements, and provides strategic technology guidance. The role also supervises assigned staff and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams to improve workflows and decision-making.

Coordinates internal and external events, outreach activities, trainings, fundraisers, and community engagement programs. Responsibilities include event planning, venue and vendor coordination, volunteer and staff scheduling, registration management through Eventbrite, on-site execution, documentation, communications, safety procedures, and post-event evaluation. The role also supports social media outreach, confidential participant records, volunteer-hour tracking, and partnerships with community organizations.
