Owns company-wide HR programs from design through sustainment, including performance management, engagement, manager enablement, and policy initiatives. Oversees HR compliance, policy updates, risk mitigation, employee relations cases, investigations, and manager coaching. Leads cross-functional project execution, tracks outcomes, and partners with leaders to improve employee experience, compliance readiness, and manager effectiveness.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across Oregon: source candidates, run screening and interviews, maintain ATS pipelines, partner with hiring managers, extend offers, attend recruiting events, ensure compliance, and report on hiring metrics to meet staffing needs.

Operate sorting, counting, compacting and material-handling equipment at BottleDrop centers; receive, stack, process and record container counts; perform cleaning and maintenance; follow safety/OSHA procedures; occasionally travel between centers; lift and move containers and racks as required.
