Define test strategies, execute data and ETL testing, contribute testing expertise to Agile ceremonies, build CI/CD pipelines, communicate software risks and outcomes, mentor junior engineers, and help establish testing standards across the engineering community.

Leads Ordnance Survey’s B2C consumer channel strategy and commercial performance across digital, retail, direct, and partner routes. Owns acquisition, retention, revenue, customer experience, investment trade-offs, and omnichannel direction. Aligns Sales, Marketing, Product, Proposition, and enablement teams while using customer insight and performance data to optimize journeys and sustainable growth. Provides senior leadership, stakeholder alignment, capability development, and accountability for strategic outcomes.
