Owns the post-sales experience for a customer portfolio, building strategic relationships, driving program outcomes, managing complex initiatives, and delivering data-backed recommendations. The role includes business reviews, stakeholder management, customer education, project planning, cross-functional collaboration, and internal best-practice sharing. The position is fully remote within the United States with occasional on-site customer meetings.
