We post our open roles on job boards that target diverse audiences, and all interviewers at Ordergroove participate in anti-bias training.

Mandated unconscious bias training

We've worked with outside vendors to facilitate unconscious bias training, and our internal Diversity Council has started developing their own workshops related to DEIB issues throughout the year.
