Contract Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate provides flexible primary care and same-day/acute coverage across clinics. Responsibilities include clinic and inbox coverage, comprehensive documentation within 24 hours, responding to labs/imaging/referrals, following clinical guidelines, and collaborating with care teams to ensure continuity during provider absences.

Coordinate and document patient referrals, obtain prior authorizations, communicate with providers, payers and patients, schedule specialty exams, update the EMR (Athena), and resolve registration and insurance-related issues to ensure timely, covered care.
