Manage the customer journey for an assigned portfolio, driving adoption, business outcomes, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, lead executive and quarterly business reviews, manage escalations, communicate product updates, and build relationships from practitioners to C-suite stakeholders. Partner with Customer Success Engineers, Account Executives, and internal teams while contributing to success playbooks and best practices. The role requires cloud security and SaaS experience, customer success expertise, and familiarity with major cloud platforms and sales tools.

Lead technical sales engagements for Orca’s cloud security platform in Japan. Responsibilities include technical discovery, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept evaluations, solution design, technical win strategy, partner enablement, customer relationship management, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Channel teams. The role requires expertise in cloud platforms, cloud-native architectures, cybersecurity technologies, and technical presentations, with travel for customer, partner, and industry events.

Partners with sales executives to provide technical pre-sales support, lead proof-of-concept processes, deliver customer presentations, architect cloud security solutions, and help close opportunities. Maintains product expertise, supports events and technical working sessions, updates CRM records, collaborates with sales and engineering, and contributes to revenue targets. Requires extensive sales engineering and cloud security experience, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with major cloud platforms and security solutions.
