Supports accounting and materials functions by verifying timecards, matching invoices and packing slips, preparing check-run documentation, assisting with month-end reconciliations, maintaining materials records, supporting inventory counts, processing returns and vendor credits, researching discrepancies, and organizing confidential records.

Lead accounting and financial operations across three affiliated manufacturing companies. Manage ERP administration, month-end close, reconciliations, job and standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, AR/collections, and process controls. Provide financial analysis, drive continuous improvement, and oversee the accounting team while partnering with company leadership and supporting periodic local travel between sites.

Program and operate CNC lathes, mills, and manual machines using MasterCAM/GibbsCAM. Read prints and use gaging equipment, drive quality control, manage an area including training others, maintain tooling/program files, coordinate inventory and vendors, and perform occasional lifting and local travel.
