Own day-to-day People Operations activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HiBob setup, payroll inputs, benefits administration, background screening, employee queries, and data accuracy. Track deadlines and dependencies, resolve missing information, maintain reliable records, and escalate risks appropriately. Document processes and recommend practical workflow or automation improvements after establishing consistent operational delivery.

Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, including go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, channel planning, launch calendars, changelog management, Help Centre content, and adoption measurement. Partner across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement to improve launch execution and customer adoption. Establish scalable launch frameworks, templates, and standards while supporting major launches and communicating complex AI product capabilities clearly.

Own Product and Design Engineering hiring strategy in partnership with the CTO, including workforce planning, ATS operations, market intelligence, assessment design, and funnel reporting. Build an always-on talent attraction and nurture engine through content, community, referrals, targeted events, and creative sourcing. Personally lead senior and business-critical searches, protect hiring quality, and manage stakeholder alignment, closing, and continuous improvement. The role is UK-first, hybrid in London, and focused on low-volume, high-calibre hiring.
