The Controller leads the Finance team, manages monthly close, reconciliations, contract billing, cash flow, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, payments, banking, and audits. This role ensures nonprofit accounting and regulatory compliance, supports payroll review, collaborates with program and development teams, and provides financial information to organizational leadership, committees, and external auditors.
