Lead execution and governance of Orange Sky’s brand and communications strategy. Manage brand identity, storytelling, campaigns, messaging, visual consistency, agency relationships, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives. Lead and mentor direct reports, maintain brand integrity, and use audience sentiment, brand health, and performance data to improve impact and engagement.

Provide HR advice to leaders and employees, support employee relations, performance, wellbeing, and workplace disputes, and improve HR policies, processes, and cyclical activities. Facilitate leadership and employee learning content while promoting an inclusive, high-performing culture. The role also supports operational improvements and compliance with legislation and internal policies across a distributed workforce and volunteer environment.

Leads strategic and operational people, safety, risk, and facilities functions. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, leadership development, employment-law guidance, WHS compliance, risk management, incident response, budgeting, and team leadership. The role supports employees and volunteers while building a high-performing, safe, inclusive, and resilient organisational culture.
